Health and Wellness for the Spring  Season

 

This season's retreat focuses on the element of Wood and the organs: the Liver and Gallbladder.

Lecture and discussion on the 5 Elements of Chinese Medicine and introduction to the practice of

Wudang 5 Animal QiGong Dragon Form.

This retreat is great for people who are looking for a healthy transition into the Spring season.

 

All are welcome. Difficulty level beginner to moderate.

Erik Hardin, L.Ac.

5 Element Theory - lecture and discussion relating to our health during the transition into the Fall season with Erik Hardin of Ozark Integrative Medicine in Bentonville, AR. Erik is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Certified Qi Gong Instructor and a student of Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming, Yang Martial Arts Association.

Jason Salgado

Wudang 5 Animal QiGong with a focus on the Dragon Form for the health of the Liver and Gallbladder for the Spring Season led by Jason Salgado of Ozark Tai Chi. Jason is a student of Master Bing  (Zhong Xuechao), 15th generation Wudang Sanfeng Kung Fu Master. He teaches 8 Pieces of Brocade, 5 Animal Qigong and Taiji 28 Form in NWA / Eureka Springs, AR. 

Lindsey Hardin

Seasonal, local meals and a discussion on healthy eating for Spring by Natural Foods Specialist and Chef Lindsey Hardin. Lindsey specializes in healthy, healing meals and comfort food! She has used this way of eating to heal herself and has helped many others create the life they want through healthy eating.
